About the role
You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Office of Inspector General.
Responsibilities
- Receive inquiries, proposals, correspondence, and reports from various sources.
- Provide advice and counsel to management and staff officials throughout NAVAIR regarding all issues related to audits and reviews.
- Inform NAVAIR IG and staff officials of significant audit matters and status of audit progress and requirements.
- Ensure close liaison and negotiate with key staff members of audit organizations and other commands.
- Analyze audit reports and related information, suggest alternatives and options for resolution, and mediate negotiations between managers and auditors.
- Maintain a management information system to monitor progress and support internal and external reporting requirements.
Salary range: $46,610 – $111,087
