Management Analyst
About the role
The Management Analyst will support a Directorate within the Department of State with domestic budget and data analysis in support of its mission to effectively and efficiently manage domestically owned and leased facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the organizational database and CMMS systems, ensuring data accuracy by correcting manual entry errors and keeping dashboards current to provide real time visibility to leadership.
- Monitor outstanding action items and SOW requirements to ensure timely follow up and compliance.
- Analyze building related procedures to identify issues and inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and drive resolution.
- Configure and deploy CMMS site setups, manage Maximo site transitions, and validate site location data from Archibus prior to Maximo deployment.
- Provide ad hoc and administrative support and special project support as needed.
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree; (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's.
- FIVE (5) years’ experience, with a minimum of THREE (3) years of experience with at least one of the following: program operations, organizational analysis, records management analysis, space utilization studies, budget analysis, and/or cost benefit analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience working within the Department of State is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and Maximo.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
