We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Duties. Requirements? Conditions of employment etc. Qualifications? Yes. Benefits? There's a paragraph about benefits but it's generic. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting includes a paragraph about benefits: "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package..." That's generic but still mentions benefits. It's not specific like health insurance, retirement, etc. It's generic but still content about benefits. The instruction says never create Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state benefits in a paragraph. So we can include a Benefits section with that paragraph. However we need to avoid filler/placeholder. The paragraph is somewhat generic but still substantive. We'll include. Pay and Schedule: not present, so omit. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to extract duties: list bullet points from "Duties Help Performs work-year analysis, reviews Monthly Management Reports, and monitors Manpower Authorization Documents for the Branch and provides recommendations.Prepares, analyzes, and evaluates essential management information encompassing the technical, quality assurance, supply and contracting functional area.Develops/coordinates office programs and procedures to create efficient and effective workflow systems.Determines Directorate training requirements based on specific requests, mission priority, program requirements, and developmental needs of new personnel." We can split into separate duties: maybe each sentence. We need to list them as

    • . Requirements: Conditions of employment list: Must be a U.S. citizen, Tour of Duty: Flexible, Security Requirements: Non-Sensitive, Appointment is subject to completion of favorable suitability or fitness determination..., FLSA: Non-Exempt, Selective Service Requirement..., Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized, Bargaining Unit Status: No, Selectees are required to have a REAL ID..., etc. Also maybe include other requirements like drug testing etc? Those are under Additional information? Actually drug testing is under Additional information? It's under "Drug-Free Workplace Policy". That's also a requirement/condition. Should we include? It's part of conditions of employment. Probably include as part of Requirements. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. Qualifications: detailed text about specialized experience, education substitution, etc. We'll keep as prose

maybe with lists for bullet points? The qualifications section includes lists like "Creditable specialized experience includes:" then bullet-like sentences separated by periods. Could turn into

      • . Also education substitution details. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can break into paragraphs. Benefits: paragraph about benefits. We must not include navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove boilerplate like "As required by 5 C.F.R..." etc? That's additional information but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about ICT conformance etc. Might be considered legal. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The ICT conformance might be legal; but it's substantive? It's about accessibility. Might be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove? The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. So we should omit sections like "As required by 5 C.F.R..." and the links to PDFs, etc. Also remove "Reemployed Annuitants", "Information for Veterans", "Drug-Free Workplace Policy" maybe considered legal? But drug testing is a condition of employment; maybe keep? It's about policy. Might be considered legal but it's a condition. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate; drug testing policy could be considered legal but also a condition. However the posting includes it under "Additional information". Might be considered part of requirements. I'd keep drug testing info as part of Requirements because it's a condition of employment. But the paragraph about drug testing is lengthy; we can include as part of Requirements. We also need to remove "Additional guidance on writing a federal resume..." etc. That's application instructions; remove. We need to keep "Candidates should be committed to improving the efficiency..." that's maybe a statement; keep maybe in Qualifications? It's under Qualifications? Actually appears after "Additional guidance..." It's a statement about candidates; could be part of Qualifications or maybe a separate section like "Desired attributes". Not a standard heading; we could include as a paragraph under Qualifications or maybe under a generic "Additional Information". But we should not create new headings not listed. Could incorporate into Qualifications as prose. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:
