Management Analyst
Position Overview
Alutiiq Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, has an opportunity for a Management Analyst. This position provides business operations support to the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Command Operations Group, located at Patuxent River, MD.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Manage high-level correspondence, coordinate meetings and schedules, arrange conference calls, and serve as the primary executive administrative point of contact.
Manage high visibility, high priority, and time-sensitive support to various executive military and civilians, requiring frequent independent problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
Use analytical, writing, and editing skills to produce or contribute to directives, presentations, reports, and publications and point papers.
Use organizational skills for establishing, validating, and tracking command goals, actions, and issues.
Enable appropriate prioritization of calendar, phone calls, schedule, and workload considerations for all participants.
Support executive level meetings, primary point of contact, and facilitator of meetings, and conferences held within the Management Information Center (MIC).
Provide correspondence support as required and ensure appropriate internal controls are maintained.
Work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.
Provide ad hoc support for senior leadership, as needed.
Operate within the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and other systems (SharePoint and DTS) on a daily basis.
Required Qualifications and Experience
BS or BA degree. Alternatively, an AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS, or an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS.
At least four (4) years of experience as an analyst in a program management, technical, or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience supporting NAVAIR programs or offices.
Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to management and operations of Department of Navy Systems Commands.
