Management Advancement Program

About the role

The Management Advancement Program (MAP) is a highly selective, fast-track leadership initiative designed for recent graduates with a passion for hospitality, business, and healthcare excellence. Participants will explore careers throughout senior living communities through a rotational training program.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to every key department, including culinary services and memory care programming.
• Specialize in a specific track such as Sales, Business Office Management/HR, or Resident Enrichment.
• Receive dedicated mentorship from department heads.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates from diverse academic backgrounds.
• Strong business acumen and a commitment to service.
• A mindset of being a team-oriented collaborator with empathy and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Target majors include Human Services like Gerontology, Social Work, Sociology and Psychology; Business, Finance, Accounting, Sales & Marketing; Healthcare or Hospitality Management; Therapeutic Recreation; Human Resources; Education; Nursing.
• Training locations for 2026: Houston, Greater Miami-Dade, Los Angeles, and Greater San Diego.

Pay

Compensation is determined by work location and discussed during the interview process.

Schedule

The 6-month program includes a rotational externship (8 weeks) followed by a fellowship (4 months).
