About You

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant within a large, multi-site organisation

• Experience working with businesses operating across 30+ sites or with an annual turnover exceeding £30 million

• Knowledge of franchise and partnership business models is essential

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insight

• Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with stakeholders across the business

• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing organisation

• An interest in embracing technology and a willingness to utilise AI tools to improve efficiency and support business processes

• The ability to commute to our Chatham office, living within approximately 40 minutes of the site
