Managed Transportation Analyst - Iowa

This position offers a hybrid schedule: a mix of on-site work at the Ruan Campus in downtown Des Moines and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects in all aspects of Managed Transportation customer's business, focusing on continuous improvement processes, customer-focused analytics, operational efficiencies, and problem-solving methods through Six Sigma and Lean principles, tools, concepts, and methodologies.
• Works with internal team members and customers to identify problems, analyze information, and develop and implement process solutions.
• Leads and conducts data analysis projects to identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement.
• Responsible for customer focus of key metrics and predictive analytics that drive business behavior.
• Creates, maintains, and sustains continuous improvement processes, metrics, and tools for assigned team members, customers, or departments to support key deliverables.
• Works with colleagues and functional leaders to accomplish project goals; identifies barriers to success and solicits help from leadership as needed.
• Leads customer-facing and internal presentations.
• Develops and maintains professional customer relations via frequent communications to facilitate a trusted and long-term partnership.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of SQL experience is required.
