About the role
As a workforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organization and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organization, applying a breadth of understanding of organizational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organizational design to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 12 years of experience

- Preferred: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Thought leadership in team management
- Managing global payroll operations with compliance
- Utilizing payroll technology platforms effectively
- Developing relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Excelling in virtual and global team environments

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
