Job Duties
You will need to perform various support and engineering tasks for our clients, as assigned, both in-person and via remote support tools. Above-average communication skills are required.
Hours of work are generally stable, from 8:30-5:30 pm; however, some occasional evening or weekend work may be required, if a client has an emergency.

- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet all the required deadlines/expectations
- Able to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
