About the Role

As a Senior Associate in Managed Services - Data Engineer, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. You will focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, navigating complex situations, and delivering quality work while deepening your technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative data solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques to drive insights and support informed business decisions for clients (DB2, SQL Server).
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and architectures to support data collection and analysis (DataStage, ETL).
  • Utilize business intelligence tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence and QlikView to create insightful reports and dashboards (AWS, Redshift).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data challenges and opportunities for continuous process improvement (GoldenGate, CDC).
  • Apply analytical thinking and data science skills to interpret complex data sets and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to foster meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs (managed services).
  • Navigate complex situations to deliver quality work and contribute to personal and professional growth (Workload Scheduler).
  • Uphold professional and technical standards in all client engagements and deliverables.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:

  • Computer and Information Science
  • Computer and Information Science & Accounting
  • Economics
  • Economics and Finance
  • Economics and Finance & Technology
  • Operations Management/Research
  • Statistics
  • Engineering

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python and Java programming languages.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools like QlikView and Oracle BI.
  • Developing data architecture and data pipeline solutions.
  • Excellence in data visualization and interpretation techniques.
  • Applying analytical thinking to solve complex data challenges.
  • Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
