The opportunity to leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. As part of the Data and Analytics practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. This role focuses on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen technical skills. You will anticipate team and client needs, deliver quality work, and utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients achieve their strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative data solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques to drive insights and support informed business decisions for clients (DB2, SQL Server).
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and architectures to support data collection and analysis (DataStage, ETL).
  • Utilize business intelligence tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence and QlikView to create insightful reports and dashboards (AWS, Redshift).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data challenges and opportunities for continuous process improvement (GoldenGate, CDC).
  • Apply analytical thinking and data science skills to interpret complex data sets and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to foster meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs (managed services).
  • Navigate complex situations to deliver quality work and contribute to personal and professional growth (Workload Scheduler).
  • Uphold professional and technical standards in all client engagements and deliverables.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python and Java programming languages.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools like QlikView and Oracle BI.
  • Development of data architecture and data pipeline solutions.
  • Excellence in data visualization and interpretation techniques.
  • Strong analytical thinking to solve complex data challenges.
  • Learning agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Preference for candidates with a degree in one of the following fields: Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Operations Management/Research, Statistics, or Engineering.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
