MAN v FAT Health and Wellbeing Coach - West Sacramento, USA

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated MAN v FAT Health and Wellbeing Coach to support the players and ensure the smooth running and high performance of our new league launching in September 2026 based at Le Five Indoor Soccer - West Sacramento, 3940 Seaport Blvd Suite 200, West Sacramento, CA 95691.

Responsibilities

• Work with your referee on a weekly basis
• Regular catch ups with the UK and US based team
• Support and motivate players to make healthy lifestyle changes
• Facilitate a safe and effective session
• Complete league related admin tasks

Requirements

• Well organized and can manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• An understanding (or first-hand experience!) of weight loss
• Qualified in First Aid
• Full training and equipment provided to fulfill the role

Qualifications

• More than anything, we are looking for a team player, who puts their heart in to their work
• Hired based on attitude over traditional skills and experience

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of weight loss or first-hand experience
• Proficiency in using a computer for online data entry
• First Aid qualification

Pay

$40 per hour (dependent on experience in Health & Wellbeing)

Schedule

Part-time, typically 4 hours per week, Monday to Friday, specifically on Tuesdays from 7pm to 9pm at Le Five Indoor Soccer - West Sacramento, 3940 Seaport Blvd Suite 200, West Sacramento, CA 95691.
