About the role
Responsible for providing fitness consultations and training programs to members at The Alaska Club.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized fitness plans based on member needs and goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop tailored workout routines.
- Lead group fitness classes and one-on-one sessions.
- Monitor member progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with members to ensure satisfaction and adherence to program guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in fitness or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition.
- Experience with various fitness equipment and techniques.
- Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and community wellness.
