Mammography Technologist - Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

Seeking a compassionate Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams, including advanced procedures such as stereotactic biopsies and clip placements. Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammographic equipment, adhere to safety and infection control protocols, and ensure accurate patient identification and documentation.
• Provide patient education, comfort, and address concerns empathetically.
• Follow protocols for coding, quality control, and equipment reporting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT Certification and State License.
• Basic Life Support certification required; mammography certification or ongoing training preferred.
• Proficiency in mammography procedures, radiation safety, patient communication, and image evaluation.
• Physical ability to handle equipment, assist with patient transfers, and navigate busy environments.

Pay

Salary range $35.25 - $54.39 per hour, dependent on experience.

Schedule

Full-time role working four 10-hour shifts per week.
