Mammography Technologist Lead

Role Overview: Leads a mammography team by demonstrating advanced knowledge, supervising performance, and fostering teamwork. Key Responsibilities Monitors, coaches, and evaluates team members to ensure productivity and quality standards.Coordinates services, prioritizes workflows, and supports situational decision-making.Performs complex tasks and guides team members through challenging issues.Oversees equipment quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Works independently in a fast-paced environment with critical thinking and decisive judgment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.Registered (RT) and certified in mammography (M) by ARRT.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
