Mammography Technologist Lead

Role: Leads a mammography team by demonstrating advanced knowledge of job responsibilities, providing coaching, performance evaluation, and promoting teamwork. Responsibilities Monitors and evaluates team performance in productivity and quality, serving as a positive role model.Coordinates services, prioritizes workflow, and supports situational decision-making and problem-solving.Performs core job duties and guides team on complex issues.Oversees equipment quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Works independently with critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.Registered as a Technologist (RT) and certified in mammography (M) by ARRT.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
