Mammography Technologist (Breast Center)

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and equipment for diagnostic imaging procedures
• Performing studies independently, including screening, diagnostic, biopsies, and magseed procedures
• Ensuring quality control across imaging modalities

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from trade school
• Licenses and certifications such as IEMA (excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
• Preferred experience of less than two years
• Certifications in CPR and IV therapy (preferred)
• No prior supervisor experience required

Skills

• Strong technical skills in digital mammography, ultrasound, stereotactic biopsy, and related procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
