About the role
Join the Breast Center team as a Mammography Technologist, providing diagnostic imaging services including digital mammography, ultrasound, biopsies, and MRI. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, performing imaging procedures independently or in on-call situations, and maintaining quality control.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients
- Ensure proper patient preparation and equipment setup
- Conduct studies independently, including portable exams and on-call tasks
Requirements
- Associate degree or trade school certification
- Preferred experience of less than 2 years
- Required licenses: IEMA (excluding MRI)
- Required certifications: RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
- Preferred certifications: CPR and intravenous therapy
