Responsibilities
- Understands, promotes, and demonstrates the Solis Way
- Consistently practices excellent mammography positioning and exposure technique
- Effectively communicates to patients the procedures and educates women about the role of regular mammography in preventative breast health
- Effectively communicates on an individual and small group basis to doctors, patients, and other employees
- Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes complicated, written or oral instructions
- Maintains patient-first focus at all times and exhibits outstanding customer service skills
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program and hold current certification by ARRT in Radiography
- ARRT advanced level certification in mammography with documentation of clinical experience, or MQSA qualified and (M) registry eligible
- Current on all required continuing education and continuing experience as required by MQSA and ARRT
- High School Diploma; Associates degree preferred
- Must possess non-restricted licensure in state work location
- Knowledge of database software, RIS/PACS software is preferred
- Two years of experience in mammography is preferred
- Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred
- Prior quality control experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Qualifications

Amount offered may vary in an amount of up to $15,000 depending upon experience level, location and qualifications.
Pay
$45.00-$55.00 commensurate with experience
Schedule
Full Time, Monday-Friday, Day Shift and occasional Saturdays
