Qualifications
- Mammography Tech National Certificate
- An associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in radiology is preferred
- American Heart Association BLS
- 1 year of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating a Mammographic unit to produce images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physician
- Explaining the procedure to the patient, as well as observing the scanning process and adjusting the imaging equipment as needed for improved picture quality
- Additional duties and tasks within the scope of a mammography technologist
Pay
$2,908 – $3,125 per week (estimated weekly). Compensation depends on various factors including qualifications and experience.
Schedule
13-week contract with possibility to extend. 40 hours per week.
