Mammography Technologist

Join our team as a Mammography Technologist, responsible for performing high-quality mammography exams, including advanced procedures like stereotactic biopsies and clip placements. Key duties include maintaining ARRT or modality-specific competency, ensuring proper patient identification, preparing patients, operating mammographic equipment, and adhering to radiation safety protocols. The role involves providing patient education, ensuring comfort, practicing infection control, and accurately documenting procedures. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, valid Rad Tech license, BLS certification, and ARRT registration. Preferred candidates have mammography-specific ARRT certification or ongoing training, along with imaging or mammography experience. Skills & Physical Requirements: Strong communication, manual dexterity, ability to lift and assist with patient movement, and stamina for standing and walking. Must be able to read labels, operate monitors, and navigate busy environments. Flexible shifts from 07:00 to 18:30, with compensation ranging from $35.25 to $54.39 per hour.
