This is ideal for someone who values quality over quantity, wants to work alongside board-certified radiologists, and prefers a stable weekday schedule with no weekends.What You’ll Be DoingPerform screening and diagnostic mammograms following established positioning protocolsEnsure high-quality images are provided to radiologists for accurate interpretationReview patient history and prior imaging before proceduresPrepare exam rooms and maintain strict sterilization and infection control standardsAssist with biopsies and perform quality control on imaging equipmentVerify patient identity and confirm physician ordersAdjust and program mammography equipment to capture all required imaging anglesCommunicate any potential concerns to the radiology/clinical teamMaintain efficient workflow while prioritizing patient safety and comfortWhat They’re Looking ForBoard Certification preferredActive State License preferredARRT certification or Certified Mammography Technologist – ARRT(M) credential preferred3+ years of mammography experience preferredStrong knowledge of anatomy and breast imaging protocolsHigh attention to detail and commitment to minimizing repeat proceduresProfessional, patient-centered bedside mannerWhy This Role Stands OutAccredited, high-quality imaging centerMission-driven, women-focused care modelStable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekendsModern facility with advanced technologyLong-term growth within an expanding Midtown Miami locationIf you’re a certified Mammography Technologist who wants to work in a setting where quality, accreditation standards, and patient care truly matter, this is worth a conversation.
