Mammography Technologist

About the role

We are seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform mammography examinations in accordance with physicians' orders, utilizing advanced imaging equipment while considering patient-specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mammograms accurately to produce high-quality images.
• Apply knowledge of imaging techniques, patient care, and safety standards.
• Ensure optimal imaging outcomes through judgment and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Certification, license, or registration as required by state and national standards.
• Oregon Radiographer License and American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• Registered Technologist in Radiography and Mammography, with Mammography registration needed within 6 months of hire.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in mammography equipment and imaging techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
