About the role
This role involves performing imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to support diagnosis and therapy.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of radiologic principles.
- Select appropriate techniques and positioning.
- Develop and implement treatment plans per hospital protocols.
- Ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain equipment, procedure rooms, and work areas in a safe, organized condition.
- Participate in performance improvement activities.
- Acheive assigned goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the specialty area.
- ARRT(R) registration.
- Mammography certification preferred and required within 12 months.
- BLS certification mandatory within 30 days.
Skills
- Basic Computer Literacy.
Licensure
- ARRT(R).
- BLS.
- State licensing as applicable.
