- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms following ACR/MQSA standards
- Ensure high-quality breast imaging and patient safety
- Provide compassionate patient care with effective communication
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
- Mentor junior technologists and support staff
- Participate in quality improvement and accreditation initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in mammography and radiologic technology
- Knowledge of ACR/MQSA standards and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
