Mammography Technologist

This role involves performing imaging procedures and treatments in accordance with radiology standards to support diagnosis and patient care. Key Responsibilities Include Applying radiologic principles with appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal results.Developing and executing treatment plans based on established protocols.Completing accurate documentation to ensure compliance with policies.Maintaining equipment and work areas for safety and cleanliness.Participating in performance improvement activities to uphold quality standards.Achieving assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications And Skills Minimum 6 months of experience in the specialty area, meeting all mammography competencies.Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), with Mammography registration preferred.Must obtain ARRT(M) certification within 12 months of hire.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days.Basic computer literacy skills.State licensure as required.
