Mammography Technician - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic mammography examinations following established protocols and quality standards.
• Operate mammography equipment and related imaging systems safely and accurately.
• Position patients to ensure comfort and obtain high‑quality images for diagnosis.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support accurate diagnoses.
• Maintain imaging records and comply with regulatory and facility requirements.
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT Mammography (M) certification.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology for New Jersey.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience, including hands‑on mammography.
• Proficiency in digital mammography systems.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
