About the Role
New Hire Incentive available up to $2,000 for those who qualify. This is a part-time position (40 hours per pay period) with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., with rotating weekend coverage as needed. This position is located at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo.
The Following Are Not Eligible For Hiring Incentives:
- Internal candidates
- Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
- New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of experience)
In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:
- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- CRT (M)
- Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
- Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Preferred Qualifications
- ARRT
- Experience in Stereos
- 1-2 years of Mammography experience

Pay
Position Pay Range: $54.24-$78.66/hour
