Mammography Tech - First Call Staffing, Internal Agency

Responsibilities

• Performs specialized examinations of the breast to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in patients.
• Operates mammographic radiographic equipment and other equipment/devices as appropriate.
• Provides patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
• Part of a Piedmont internal agency pool used to fill critical and/or urgent staffing needs through designated assignments at Piedmont hospitals ("Assignment").

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• 2 years of work experience as a Mammography Technologist.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) - ARRT.
• BLS certified.
