About the role
Join a dedicated team providing mammography imaging services in a full-time role with weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate mammography equipment, prepare patients, and select technical parameters.
- Explain procedures and educate patients on the importance of regular mammograms.
- Develop and evaluate images for quality and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Submit high-quality images to PACS and maintain equipment functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized department environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Radiology Technology program.
- Current ARRT-R credential and ARRT in Mammography within 12 months of hire.
- State-specific licensure and certifications, including BLS-HCP and adherence to radiation safety guidelines.
- No prior experience required.
