Mammo Tech, Days $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Full-time, day shift position with rotating Saturdays at Loyola Outpatient Center and satellite locations. Requires performing screening, diagnostic, and procedural mammography.

About the Role

In this role, the Mammo Technologist will perform mammography to assist physicians in the diagnosis and/or treatment of medical disorders, along with related clerical and service duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening, diagnostic, and procedural mammography exams.

Requirements

• Associate's degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education.
• Specific degree in Mammography or Radiologic Technology.
• 1-2 years of previous job-related experience.
• Licensure/Certifications Required:
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) – American Heart Association (AHA) only.
  • Registered Radiographic Technologist.
  • Registered Radiographic Technologist (Mammography).
• Must maintain at least 15 category 1 CEUs in direct mammography continuing education hours within a 36-month period.
• Must perform 200 exams within a 24-month period.
• 40 hours of training in mammography.
• 25 mammography exams under direct supervision of an MQSA-qualified individual.

Pay

Pay range: $34.00 – $57.00 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
