Compensation, Benefits, And Schedule
- Current California Esthetician License (required)
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on esthetics experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, medical-grade products, and treatment pairing
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm, polished, patient-centered approach with a commitment to white-glove service
- Adequate experience with Environ Skincare is a strong plus
- Passion for aesthetics, ongoing education, and luxury patient care
What You'll Bring
- Experience with a variety of luxury facial treatments, including superficial chemical peels, light therapy, high-frequency, and exfoliating modalities
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and create customized, results-driven treatment plans
- Recommend medical-grade skincare for home use and educate patients on proper routines
- Meet and exceed skincare sales expectations with confidence and authenticity
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and fully stocked treatment room at all times
- Adhere strictly to CA State Board sanitation, sterilization, and safety standards
- Assist with product inventory, documentation, and intake as needed
- Collaborate closely with our clinical and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Participate in social media content creation and behind-the-scenes education when appropriate
- Stay up to date on advanced skincare techniques, treatment modalities, and N2 protocols
- Uphold and embody the N2 Aesthetics luxury-science experience at all times
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled, polished, and passionate Part-Time Aesthetician to join the founding team of our Malibu clinic. In this role, you will deliver high-end facial services, guide patients through personalized skincare recommendations, and help shape the signature experience of this new location. Your professionalism, technical expertise, and ability to create a warm, results-driven environment will be essential in bringing the N2 Aesthetics philosophy to Malibu.

N2 Aesthetics is expanding to Malibu in 2026, bringing our signature blend of luxury, science, and results to a new coastal destination. Known for clinical precision, white-glove service, and a deeply personalized patient experience, we are a medical aesthetics practice specializing in advanced injectables, lasers, regenerative treatments, and luxury skincare services. Our new Malibu location will reflect the serene, elevated energy of the community—offering a sanctuary where patients can experience transformative results in an environment curated for calm, beauty, and renewal.
