Male Spa Attendant, Kohler Waters Spa

Work Mode: Onsite | Location: Kohler, WI

Responsibilities

• Support the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
• Attend to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes, and lockers.
• Gather used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
• Maintain neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
• Assist Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements.
• Consistently maintain cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring.
• Be responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures.
• Assist spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages, or communicating guests' needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for all spa guests.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Must be able to obtain Bartending License upon hire.
• Prior computer experience helpful.
• Customer service-related experience required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $10.70 - $16.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.

Schedule

This is a part-time position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 6:15am - 9:30pm.
