Essential Duties Assigning lockers to guestEscorting guests to tranquility loungeGive guest tours of Spa facilityRemoving linen from locker roomDelivering food & beverage to guestMaintaining a clean and organized guest facilityChecking and documenting of temperature for JacuzziMaintain a clean and organized fitness centerMeeting, greeting, and responding to all guests in a professional, courteous, and tranquil manner.Participates in opening/closing duties as outlined in spa procedures manualAware of all current spa promotions and discountsMeets and greets all guests; determines their needs and directs them to appropriate employee/locationsDemonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
