AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to the creation of the ultimate relaxation experience, where time does not exist. Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience takes place in restored historical buildings in globally acclaimed cities. With an international presence across 10 centers—including Toronto, New York (Upper East Side and Tribeca), Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almeria, and Vallromanes—we are expanding to Los Angeles in 2027. Our Tribeca location, housed in a restored 1883 textile factory, offers an oasis of tranquility designed to balance mind and body through an unforgettable journey of water at different temperatures.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will maintain AIRE's exceptional standards of service and cleanliness, ensuring an immaculate and welcoming environment for all guests in the locker room. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will elevate the luxury experience AIRE is known for. You will interact with clients at the beginning and end of their service, assist them as they prepare to enter the bath area, and provide support at the conclusion of their experience. Additionally, you will monitor locker room supplies, manage laundry, and ensure the locker room and common areas remain pristine throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience:
  • Ensure the wellbeing of clients in the changing room area, overseeing their comfort and providing necessary products.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and tidiness for client reception.
  • Address client queries and concerns, offering assistance to enhance their overall experience.
  • Uphold the highest standards of conduct, including adherence to AIRE's dress code, communication, and grooming standards.
• Laundry & Facility Maintenance:
  • Clean and sanitize locker rooms, showers, and other areas to meet high standards, promptly addressing maintenance issues.
  • Replenish toiletries, hygiene products, and other essentials, ensuring all items are neatly arranged and accessible.
  • Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure trash areas are odor-free and sanitary.
  • Sweep and mop floors to prevent dirt buildup, using appropriate cleaning agents for marble or tile surfaces, and keep floors dry for guest safety.
  • Collect used towels for laundering, restock fresh towels, and maintain organized towel displays.
  • Thoroughly clean showers, sinks, toilets, and mirrors, sanitizing high-touch areas frequently to ensure no water spots or soap residue remain.
  • Wipe down lockers, benches, and surfaces regularly to ensure they are spotless and free of dust, fingerprints, or smudges.
• Compliance & Safety:
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a hygienic environment.
  • Monitor locker room areas to maintain privacy, security, and tranquility for all guests.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while effectively communicating with team members and management to address guest requests and resolve concerns.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the hospitality, spa, or gym industry is preferred.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
