Make Ready Technicians

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Sweep sidewalks and keep them clean and clear of debris and hazards
• Maintain all exterior areas of the property clean and free of debris by picking up trash and cigarette butts
• Maintain all dumpster areas clean and presentable
• Ensure that all exterior lighting is operational, change bulbs as needed
• Clear all vacant apartments of debris, trash, or any other items left by previous residents before the apartment is ready for occupancy
• Review the make-ready board and follow manager's instructions to determine actions for vacant apartments
• Meet all make-ready turn timelines
• Complete all required checks and ensure logs are updated
• Complete landscaping duties as assigned
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Prior 3+ months of grounds keeping, pool service, or cleaning experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Great attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to achieve results individually
• Likes outdoor work
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
