Make Ready Technician
A Day in the Life of a Make Ready Technician
You are essential to maintaining our property in a clean, attractive, and safe condition. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, helping to manage inventory, tools, and equipment needed for ongoing maintenance and repairs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance
- Inspecting and maintaining buildings and grounds according to company policies
- Replacing electrical switches, plumbing fixtures, appliance parts, and locks
- Performing minor repairs to walls, woodwork, and doors
- Painting, groundskeeping, and trash removal
- Reporting and correcting safety hazards in a timely manner
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of maintenance experience in property management or a related field
- Valid driver’s license

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours or more per week. You must be available for on-call emergencies 24/7.

Pay Range
Starting at $17-19 per hour.
