About the role
Responsible for preparing facilities for new construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assess and prepare existing structures for renovation or new construction.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Manage inventory of materials and tools necessary for project completion.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Skills
- Construction management software proficiency.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
