Make Ready Technician

Hilltop Residential is a fast-growing company dedicated to providing an exceptional living and working environment. As a full-time Make Ready Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are ready for new residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make ready checklists.
• Complete make readies to Hilltop Residential standards.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance.
• Auxiliary in building and common area maintenance.
• Inspect vacant apartments for damage and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Paint as required.
• Keep grounds neat and free of litter.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
• EPA license is a plus for this role.
• Ability to obtain an EPA Universal or HVAC certification if recommended.
