Apartment Make Ready Technician – Luxury Apartments in Miami!

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving, forward-thinking company that values quality and sustainability. As a Make Ready Technician, your expertise will be key in ensuring all vacated apartments are restored to "make-ready" status.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists to ensure they are "make-ready."
• Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets, curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, lights, and more!
• Test faucets, sink plugs, and repair or replace them as necessary.
• Perform exterior repairs for sinks, bathtubs, and more when needed.
• Make new keys when requested. Replace the vacancy lock (if applicable) on the day the lock is changed for a new resident move-in.
• Collaborate with the entire maintenance team for cleaning and grounds-keeping duties.

Requirements

• Experience in Maintenance and Repair (Painting, Drywall, Basic Electrical, and Plumbing)
• On-call availability for evening and weekend rotations
• Valid driver’s license for on-call work
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
