Make-Ready Tech

About the role

The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to:

• Caulking
• Drywall repair
• Touch up painting
• Test all locks and key sets
• Absorb all inspections of the property
• Maintain exterior lighting ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal, etc.
• Aid the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary
• Pool maintenance
• Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Up to 20% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly

Hours & Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm
Paid rotating on-call participation required
Must be available and prepared for emergency events
Schedule subject to change based on business needs

Requirements

Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
Live within a 30-minute commute of the property.

Qualifications

HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
One-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
