The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to: Caulking Drywall repairTouch up paintingTest all locks and key setsAssist in inspection of propertyMaintaining exterior lighting Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenanceMaintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal, etc.Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessaryPool maintenanceMust be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.
