Requirements

• An ideal candidate is a versatile "jack of all trades" with experience in interior tenant improvements/remodeling, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs.

• Demonstrated expertise in home maintenance and remodeling.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Complete set of tools for the job.
• Effective communication skills with clients.
• Capability to handle paperwork, invoices, and collect payments.
• Proficiency in English is crucial for maintaining a secure construction working environment and facilitating effective client communication.

Responsibilities

• Select demolition/de-construction.
• Drywall patching, repair, and painting.
• Millwork and trim installation and repair.
• Door & hardware installations and repairs.
• Small-scale tenant improvement projects.
• Adjustments to doors and cabinetry.
• Tile installation, grouting, and repairs.
• Basic electrical work.
• Basic plumbing services.
• Ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining an adequate stock of necessary equipment.
