Make Ready

Maintain the overall maintenance and appearance of the apartment complex for current and prospective residents.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Aid in completing turnovers/make-readies of vacant units
• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies
• Complete grounds work such as: trash pick-up and light landscaping
• Assist with various types of maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative

Our Make Ready Technicians should meet the following criteria:

• A High School Diploma/GED is required
• At least one year of make-ready/groundskeeper experience is preferred
• The ability to provide/use of own tools is necessary
• A professional and courteous demeanor towards residents, visitors, and maintenance staff is expected
• A basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is required
