Make a Difference! Become a Local Coordinator for High School Exchange Students

About the role

Education Travel & Culture (ETC) is a non-profit educational exchange organization that finds loving host families across the country for international high-school exchange students. We are seeking a part-time/supplemental income Local Coordinator to support our mission of spreading international goodwill.

Responsibilities

• Share the hosting opportunity through connecting with people in person, social media, or other means.
• Identify qualified host families for our high school exchange students.
• Work closely with exchange students, host families, and local high schools including monthly oversight of the exchange student.
• Receive full training, teaching, and ongoing support from the Field Manager.

Requirements

• Community-minded individuals with a servant heart that seek fulfillment and purpose in pouring into others.
• Self-motivated, organized, well-networked within the community.
• Driver’s License and transportation.
• Ability to pass a Background Check.
• Recruitment skills with the ability to screen potential leads (Nice-to-have).

Pay

• Compensation is dependent upon recruitment efforts and student oversight.

Schedule

• This is an independent contractor position which enables you to work at home and within your own schedule.
