Majors Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Qualifying sales opportunities and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
- Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP Level Executives to address business needs
- Creating, deliver and manage client demos/presentations, quotes/proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
- Utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
- Upselling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
- Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Requirements
5+ years of Sales/Account Executive experience in a technology company
Experience selling UCaaS/CX solutions
Experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Experience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills
Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
Able to travel as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Salary Range or On Target Earnings: $160,000.00 - $326,400.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
