About the role

Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Salesperson and become an integral part of our team. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are eager to assist customers in finding the ideal appliances for their homes. Full training is provided for this position.

Schedule: 20 hours per week, Saturday–Sunday (10 AM–4 PM) and Monday (10 AM–6 PM). Days off: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess their appliance needs and provide customized solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom to ensure an inviting shopping atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in major appliances or home goods.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is advantageous.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances.
• Familiarity with appliance brands and features is a plus.
