About the role

The Joyce is seeking an experienced and polished Maitre D to join our front-of-house leadership team. This role is essential in delivering a seamless guest experience and managing reservations, flow, and hospitality standards at a high-level.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, pacing, and guest expectations with confidence and grace
• Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain high hospitality standards in a high-volume restaurant environment

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Maitre D (required)
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with SevenRooms preferred; familiarity with OpenTable and/or Resy a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and guest relations skills
• Availability to work nights and weekends
