Job Summary

Create the first impression that lasts. As a Maitre D at Paddlefish, you will welcome guests with grace, coordinate table assignments with precision, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from the very first greeting. You’ll lead the front-door experience with elegance, guide guest flow, and work in collaboration with the service team to uphold Levy's gold-standard hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Required: Friday through Sunday Availability
• Proficiency in restaurant reservation and seating software (e.g., OpenTable)
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred
• Prior experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage waitlists and reservations to optimize flow
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and management
• Uphold dress code and presentation standards for host team
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed
