Responsibilities
- Greeting customers
- Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their tables
- Providing accurate wait time estimates
- Offering menus and answering initial questions
- Optimizing seating at different tables
- Answering phones
- Scheduling reservations
- Performing side work
- Setting up stations
- Lights restaurant maintenance
Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
